ABOUT

LINKS

Individualized care for your pet's health, happiness and well-being.

Insurance

You can be assured that your pet(s) and home will be safe while in our care.

Whole Pets Austin is insured and bonded by Business Insurers of the Carolinas.

We belong to Pet Sitters International and the Austin Pet Sitters Organization.

Meet and Greet

Whole Pets Austin will coordinate a meet and greet with your pets so we all can get acquainted.

We will provide proof of bonding and insurance and ask about your pet's routine, food, medication. We then review and sign a service agreement detailing dates, fees, specific instructions, etc. At that time, if you are satisfied we pick up a house key.

You can prepare for this meeting by having 2 copies of your house key. There will be a $10 key pick up/return fee after the first visit. Avoid this charge by arranging to keep your key on file with us.

Whole Pets Austin requires full payment at first visit and accepts cash, checks and paypal payments. Clients with outstanding bills must pay full balance before services will be rendered.~There is no charge for the initial consultation.
