Request service - in writing
We require an email or submission of 'contact us' form in order to reserve services: kim@wholepetsaustin.com
Your e-mail should include address, phone #, dates & times of service. When you receive a response from us the appointment is officially confirmed. We will email you paperwork to be completed prior to the meet-n-greet.
Cancellations: We require 72-hr notice during non-holiday season and at least one-week during peak holidays.

Meet & Greet:
Whole Pets Austin will coordinate a meet and greet at your home so we all can get acquainted.
We will review the emailed paperwork you have printed, ask about your pet's exercise, food, play and bathroom routine. Dates & times of service, key arrangements, gate-keeping notes and any other instructions are discussed; we then sign a service contract with agreed-upon payment. Full payment is required on the first visit.
Please have ready two copies of your house key when we meet. There will be a $10 key pick up/return fee after the first visit. Regular clients usually opt to keep a copy on file with us.

| Full payment is required at first visit, we accept cash, checks and paypal. Clients with outstanding bills must clear the full balance before services will be rendered. ~There is no charge for the initial consultation.
We unfortunately do not offer refunds for cancelled visits; however if notice is given within 24hrs we can offer credit for future visits.

Holiday Pricing
$5 added to each single visit and $15 added to overnights
during the following peak holidays:
- Christmas (23rd -27th)
- Thanksgiving (Wed - Sun)
- New Years (Dec 31- Jan 2)
- Easter weekend
- Memorial Day weekend
- Labor Day weekend
- July 4
| Scheduling
Because we are trying to accommodate multiple routes and schedules, please allow a 2-hour range for us to complete a visit. If services are required at an exact time a charge of $5/visit applies.
PLEASE let us know when you have returned home. If we do not hear from you we will continue to make visits for the safety of your pets.
